Shares of Boeing and Walgreens Boots are trading higher Thursday morning, sending the Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive territory. Shares of Boeing BA, -1.37% and Walgreens Boots WBA, -0.47% have contributed about a quarter of the index’s intraday rally, as the Dow DJIA, -0.94% was most recently trading 80 points higher (0.3%). Boeing’s shares are up $9.53 (2.9%) while those of Walgreens Boots have risen $0.78, or 1.5%, combining for a roughly 70-point bump for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include Microsoft MSFT, +0.14%, Walt Disney DIS, -1.18%, and Procter & Gamble PG, -0.83%. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.78-point swing.
