Powered by strong returns for shares of Boeing and Raytheon Technologies Corp., the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up Monday morning. Shares of Boeing BA, +14.39% and Raytheon Technologies Corp. RTX, +4.77% are contributing about a quarter of the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally, as the Dow DJIA, +2.32% is trading 110 points (0.4%) higher. Boeing’s shares have gained $8.11 (4.8%) while those of Raytheon Technologies Corp. are up $1.23 (2.1%), combining for an approximately 64-point boost for the Dow. Caterpillar CAT, +2.33%, Dow Inc. DOW, +2.96%, and Walgreens Boots WBA, +2.79% are also contributing significantly to the gain. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components equates to a 6.86-point swing.
